Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the Broke and the Bookish. Today’s theme was:

Haven’t read The Humans, must check it out. The Perks of Being a Wallflower is one of my favourite books, so many great quotes!
John Green is really good at making up great quotes. I haven’t read Abundance of Katherines yet though. I have also seen a lot of Peter Pan quotes and they are all so great! I should probably read that book soon.
You haven’t read Peter Pan?! YES, read it soon! It’s one of my absolute favorite stories. 🙂
Haha, nope not yet! It’s on my list of classics to read though.
I’m all over that first quote. Yes. Screw everybody else; their opinion or ‘understanding’ of you doesn’t matter–only your own ♥
Omg I so want to do this!! I love quotes (as you can tell by my blog name) thanks for posting this!
Of course! Send me a link if you do! 🙂

These are some great quotes! I love this topic because I see so many great choices and quotes people have chosen!
Same! I love finding new quotes to love. 🙂
Definitely a doozy to only choose one quote from an author/book (I know I couldn’t do it) but a solid choice from Coraline!
Cheers,
Joey via. thoughts and afterthoughts.
It was hard to pick just one Neil Gaiman one, but that one is just so good.
Haha yeah you too had Coraline 🙂 I read Humans a while ago, it was really good book
So glad you liked The Humans! It’s one of my absolute favorites.
Maya Angelou always has something great to say. I can’t believe she’s not on my list. As a matter of fact, your’s is the first I’ve seen her on.
HERE’S MY TTT
Maya Angelou was just so inspiring. I had to have her on my list!
Great quotes (as expected). I loved both the Matt Haig quotes. I haven’t read anything by him, but I’ve definitely been meaning too for a bit. He’s one of my favorite people that I follow on twitter, and based on these quotes I think I’d really like his book!
You’ve really got to read The Humans, especially if you like him on Twitter. It’s so wonderful. I love every book I’ve read by him (I’ve read six).
*love
I loves this! You may be already aware of this, but there’s kind of a funny story about that Coraline quote. http://neil-gaiman.tumblr.com/post/101407141743/every-version-of-that-chesterton-quotation-about
Interesting! I hadn’t seen that before.
I love that Peter Pan quote! It has been too long since I have read that book.
Thanks for sharing!
It’s been a while since I’ve had a reread too, so I think we should both do that! 🙂
Aww, I love these!!
🙂 Yay!
Ah, the one and only Neil Gaiman. Such a great writer. I loved all of these. Happy reading!

I love Neil Gaiman, and this quote is just too perfect! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!
The Throne of Glass quote reminds me of Doctor Who!
“You want weapons? We’re in a library. Books are the best weapon in the world. This room’s the greatest arsenal we could have. Arm yourself!”
(from Tooth and Claw in Season 2)
― Russell T. Davies
ME TOO! I almost just put the Doctor Who one instead. Haha.
I know, right? If the prompt hadn’t specifically said BOOK quotes, I probably would’ve had several Doctor Who quotes. 😀
Oh, I definitely would have! We should just do a post about Doctor Who quotes sometime. 🙂
TTT on May 19th is a Freebie. You wanna do it then?
YEAH! I can do that. That’ll be fun. 🙂
Hey, before I write this post, I just want to make sure you still want to do DW quotes for TTT this week (the freebie)?
