Today is National Readathon Day! I don’t know if I’m technically too late to sign up, but I don’t really care. I’m making time to read today in support (mostly because I was going to make time to read today anyway!).

I thought I’d do a post for this so I could share what I’m going to be reading. I’m FINALLY going to be reading My Heart & Other Black Holes by Jasmine Warga, which I first heard about in June (?) of last year and have been wanting to read since then. I started it yesterday and I’m already loving it, as much as you can love a book about a girl who wants to kill herself. I’m pretty sure it’s going to live up to my own personal hype. Yay!

Caught Read Handed 
Unfortunately, I’d already made plans to celebrate my mom’s birthday tonight. But I’d LOVE four hours straight to just read. Maybe I’ll get to do some reading later this weekend.I’m hoping to finish The Book Thief this weekend.

Technically I had time to read. Did I? Not so much. I got drug into a Lost marathon.

I’m definitely making time to read today! I’m about a quarter of the way through The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck. Super sad, but worthwhile. Enjoy your reading today! 🙂

Yes! I am in for Terminal Freeze by Lincoln Child. At first I thought of If on a winter’s night a traveler by Calvino but when I opened it, I wasn’t sure if it was a book I could read straight through, so opted with an author I’m familiar with whose books I generally find riveting.
