Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the Broke and the Bookish. Today’s theme was:
Top Ten Books I’m Looking Forward To In 2015
Holy crap, this is hard. You can check out my 2015 releases shelf on Goodreads (which currently has a whopping 64 books on it!) to see that I am excited for A LOT of books coming out in 2015. Thankfully, in January we’ve got a TTT post about debuts coming out in 2015, so that helps a little. This list is obviously not going to include all the books I’m excited about but here’s the ten that I am dying to read.
My Heart and Other Black Holes by Jasmine Warga…because it sounds deep and sad and lovely and perfect winter weather.
Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli…because I got an ARC of this at the Decatur Book Festival and I think it sounds really great.
The Fill-In Boyfriend by Kasie West…because it sounds suitably sweet and adorable.
A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab…because parallel universes.
Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig…because I need it.
Little Pretty Things by Lori Rader-Day…because I LOVED The Black Hour.
Saint Anything by Sarah Dessen…because NEW SARAH DESSEN!
The Prom Goer’s Interstellar Excursion by Chris McCoy…because oh my goodness it sounds perfect and unique and like The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
Pip Bartlett’s Guide to Magical Creatures by Maggie Stiefvater…because – do I really need to explain this one?
Never Always Sometimes by Adi Alsaid…because he’s a really genuine person and I liked Let’s Get Lost and I’m excited to read what’s next from him.
Bonus:
Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard…because it sounds epic
Wherever You Go by Pat Zietlow Miller…because I adored Sophie’s Squash
What books are you looking forward to in 2015? Are you excited about any of the books on my list?
Really excited for My Heart and Other Black Holes and the new Sarah Dessen. Excellent list! 🙂
I am so excited for My Heart. And everyone should be excited for new Sarah Dessen. EVERYONE. Lol.
I ADORE THIS LIST! I’ve never read a Sarah Dessen novel before and although chances I’ll read one are slim, I might check out Saint Anything since it SOUNDS DIFFERENT from her other work. And also A Darker Shade of Magic ❤
Yay! I completely understand that Sarah Dessen is a very specific type of book that not everyone will like. She’s really one of the only authors that I read like that (also, Morgan Matson), but I just love them. They’re sweet. 🙂 Hope you enjoy if you read!
Right? Doesn’t A Darker Shade of Magic sound awesome??
Really different picks, and loads I haven’t heard of, need to go check these out!

Yay! Glad you found some new ones on my list like I did yours!
I haven’t read a Sarah Dessen book forever. I love Kasie West!!!. She is a fun author to meet in person.
I haven’t read any of Kasie West’s books, but this one looks so cute. I’m going to have to read some of her others before this one comes out!
Love Kasie West. Her books are always so cute! I also love the cover for Red Queen!
It’s such an awesome cover!
So many good books on your list! I’m super keen to read The Fill-In Boyfriend, and while Saint Anything didn’t make it on my TTT it’s definitely on my TBR 🙂
It’s new Sarah Dessen. It should be on everyone’s TBR. 🙂
Some intriguing covers for books I haven’t seem before… I’m definitely going to look up a few of these. (Because I need more books of my TBR list.)
Aww you have so many wonderful books on your list! I can’t wait for My Heart and Other Black Holes even though I can particularly see myself crying on it haha. The Fill-In Boyfriend sounds extra-super cute, something that can warm me up on a cold winter day. I LOVE Sarah Dessen, even though The Moon and More was a huge disappointment to me. And Red Queen is one of my most awaited releases of 2015, it has to be mentioned that the cover is gorgeous too.
Thanks for sharing! 🙂

Oh, I already know I’ll be crying all over My Heart, but sometimes you just need a book that will make you cry. You know?
I’ve seen Saint Anything on a few lists today and added it to my TBR! It sounds interesting and the cover design is realllly different from anything that I’ve seen from Sarah Dessen before!
I agree. I think it actually looks a little bit like a crime fiction book. Sort of. Either way, I’m excited to read it!
You have some very neat picks! I’m most excited for A Darker Shade of Magic and Red Queen since both are those are on my list as well 😉
Here’s my TTT
I haven’t read anything by V.E. Schwab yet, but this one sounds so good. Plus, I follow her on Twitter and she seems like a really cool person. Definitely going to check it out.
Thanks for stopping by!
So far I have pretty much loved everything Kasie West has written and can’t wait for her new one! I also think the Red Queen sounds good and A Darker Shade of Magic made my list as well. 🙂
I haven’t actually read anything by Kasie West, but I plan on reading some before this one comes out! 🙂
All of those covers are so beautiful! My Heart and Other Black Holes is on my list too! I didn’t know Sarah Dessen was coming out with a new book. I used to read all of them! New follower on bloglovin’!

Aren’t they though? I am a sucker for a beautiful cover. I am so excited about My Hearts and Saint Anything!
Aw, thanks! Heading to go check out yours! 🙂
Great picks! I am so excited to read The Fill-In Boyfriend, West never disappoints. Also can’t wait for Red Queen! 2015 is going to be a brilliant year for books. I hope you enjoy of these when you finally get to read them 🙂 Here’s my STS.
I completely agree: 2015 is looking like it’s going to be full of amazing books! Thanks for stopping by. Heading to check out yours now. 🙂
I know, it’s so hard to narrow it down! Yes to Darker Shade! 🙂 Red Queen does sound epic!! I hadn’t heard of Pip Bartlett before, but it sounds like such fun!
I mean, it’s Maggie Stiefvater. You don’t really need to know anything else. Lol.
Looks like lots of good reading ahead for you, Stefani! I pretty much avoid the what’s coming out next – makes it easier to wait for either the paperback or my library to get the book. At least that’s what I keep telling myself, lol.
You know, I was the same way until I started my blog. I’ve kept up with what’s coming out way more than I used to since I started my blog. Lol.
These blogs have a lot to answer for! They’re death on TBR piles.
